How to reduce PDF size using Adobe distiller or Adobe acrobat pro?

1. 4. After setting up everything you can give it a go. It is also time consuming process. Your final product will replace the .eps/.ps enormous file and the size will be considerably low.



Using Adobe acrobat pro

Fire up acrobat pro , as you can see you have multiple choice here or you can use all of them.


·         Using optimize scanned pdf – This option will help you to adjust quality and straighten up document in case it is askew. The other options it’s better to be leave as it is.
·         Reduce file size will help you to reduce file size according to the versions of reader.
·         Examine Document – This option will help you to examine the entire document metadata and you can remove unwanted metadata such as hidden texts or cropped portions etc.
